This might be the nerdiest post in the history of the world (or least in the history of blogging), but it was very exciting at the time and I forgot to mention it in my last post.
So....on the way to Stuttgart to catch the overnight train to Amsterdam, I had a seat in a compartment for the first time ever. Like on the Hogwarts Express in Harry Potter! I actually didn't know that was a real seating option. And then, the lady came by with the food trolley! I was so so so SO disappointed to learn that she was not selling chocolate frogs.
(The title is of course referencing the Potter Puppet Pals video, which I'm sure you have all seen)
